Hey, Welcome to TechCarnet.

This site started in my own kitchen, honestly out of necessity. I was tired of recipes online that took twenty minutes to load past someone’s life story, called for ingredients I’d never actually find at a normal grocery store, or just didn’t turn out the way they promised. I wanted a place with recipes that were quick, honest, and actually worked on a weeknight when I was tired and hungry.

That’s still the whole idea here. Every recipe on TechCarnet is something I’ve actually cooked often more than once, sometimes after a few failed attempts I’m happy to admit to. If a recipe is quick, I say so. If it’s better the next day as leftovers, I say that too. No fluff, no fake five-star reviews, just food that works.

You’ll find quick weeknight meals, budget-friendly cooking, baking that doesn’t require a pastry degree, and the occasional kitchen shortcut I wish someone had told me years ago.

If something here helped you, or you think I got a step wrong, I’d genuinely love to hear about it, reach out anytime through the Contact page.
